Special Teams woes go back to the Wisky years

CBB has struggled with special teams for years.....nothing new.

all I remember about Wisky is they beat our best team since 1977 in the Capitol One Bowl in DMC's sophomore year...by a field goal...we doubled them in yardage and generally out played them with the exception that their kicker hit a 52 yard FG and our kicker missed a chip shot...beginning to think ARK is just unlucky

That's baffling to me.  I'd like to hear the sales pitch as to why.

It has always appeared to me that CBB did not place much emphasis on special teams play, at all.

Sad since Coach Fry at Iowa and Coach Snyder at KState did and he was on their staffs and he played for Fry!

That's baffling to me.  I'd like to hear the sales pitch as to why.   

Special Teams can cost a team ball games - our special teams has cost us one, maybe two already this season (arguably TCU and A&M could have been won with good special teams)

If CBB is too stubborn to put more emphasis on Special Teams - he will keep getting beat
