Local police are investigating an explosion that occurred within 100 yards of Oklahoma Memorial Stadium on Saturday evening and killed one person.

Here's the thing, I know that Texas wanted to beat OU. IMHO, this doesn't count. OU is down this year. For it to be a 'quality' victory, Texass needs to beat OU when BOTH are at the top of the game.
