LSU is starting either a redshirt freshman (William Clapp, 6-5, 303) or a true freshman (Maea Teuhema, 6-5, 327) at left guard.

Clapp also is listed as an alternate starter at right guard, along with Josh Boutte (6-5, 342 jr).

Brandon Harris (soph) and Anthony Jennings (jr) are the either/or starters at QB.

The defense lists five returning starters. Defensive line and secondary seem kinda below LSU standards.

Ole Miss is starting true freshman Javon Patterson (6-3, 307) at left guard. The other starting Olinemen will be upperclassmen.

The Rebs go 6-2, 6-3, 6-3 at the wide receiver positions.

They list Ryan Buchanan (soph), Chad Kelly (jr juco) and DeVante Kincade (soph) as co-starters at QB.

Ole Miss's front seven on defense looks stout. The secondary has a juco transfer starting at one corner, a 5-9, 184 strong safety, and either soph Kendarius Webster or redshirted juco transfer Tee Shepard at the other corner.

Auburn depth chart notes...

All-SEC Alex Kozan is an "or" with senior Devonte Danzy at left guard, which suggests Kozan isn't 100%.

Sophomore Austin Golson starting at center for the first time, soph Braden Smith at right guard.

True freshman Jalen Harris is the tight end. Freshman and redshirt freshman at H-back.

Soph Roc Thomas is the starting tailback, 5-10, 203.

Stunner, Duke Williams is back in the starting lineup at WR after his "punishment."

Tigers had a receiver quit on 'em, but they have plenty.

They show sophomore Tre' Williams as "or" first-teamer with veteran LBs Cassanova McKinzy and Kris Frost, which is surprising. I'm thinking Muschamp wants more speed.

Ole Miss defense is probably a paper tiger like they always seem to be.

Heard on the radio today that Brandon Harris has been named starter by Les Miles.
