After this weekend, and we're 2-2, we will be 4 wins away from a bowl game and a new hope for next year, and we'll maintain continuity for 3-5 years afterward.

I wasn't actually wrong, since we should have won.  We'll get this one and I GUARANTEE we will knock off one big opponent this year, Auburn or Alabama, and likely LSU also.

FAMU, New Mexico State, and Coastal Carolina will get the Hogs halfway to 6 wins.  If they can just go 3-5 in SEC play, a date in the Independence Bowl against Louisiana Tech is theirs!!  WooHoo!!

I'm not sure many folks other than the OP are willing to bet on 3-5 in SEC play though.  It's possible though.

At the beginning of the season, you could include LSU as a big win.  These last couple weeks prove they are not an SEC contender this season.  So, only a win over Bama or Auburn would be considered huge.
