He's gone.  Never coming back.  But, yes, it's typical of our fan base to fabricate whatever in an effort to degrade the former coach in an effort to prop up the new one.  This is an example of that.

The truth is love or hate BP he left us some talent.

I think there is a lot of talent on the team now it's just not being used or coached up.

While I agree there is some talent on this team I don't see as much on the Oline. Go back and watch some of the pressers in the first couple of years - Coach Sam kept saying he likes the players signed, but wished he had a couple of more.

CBB was being told he wasn't recruiting enough and now in year five CBB is whining that he wished he had.

So I'm not sure if we can win 7-9. 7 looks like the ceiling. Scheme could help, I guess.

I knew when we were 3-9 CBB's first year in 2013 we were in for some trouble. Wise came off the bench for that team. Tells you how good they were

Using the 247 composite ratings we have 5 (4*) players and 4 (3*) players on next year's roster. I know several services had Rogers and Clenin as 4* recruits. Froholdt was a defensive recruit, Clary, Gibson and Horn were preferred walk-ons. So, yeah we have the potential to have a pretty darned good O'Line next year. They just need GOOD coaching.
