Tight Ends

Our Tight End play has gone down hill fast.  We used to be the top TE school around. 

Great seeing Will Gragg finally get a target.  He got one target and turned it into an 11 yard gain.  44 on the other hand, not sure why he gets the targets.  Cheyenne O'Grady seems to catch for loss on most of his targets in the game, not his fault but the pattern is not working.

WRs and TEs need time to run routes. Backs need holes to run thru.

I'm not here to take up for Bielema, but the TE's you are referring too are not ones that fill cantrells spot.  You'd have to run a different personal pckg, and I'm all for that.  Patton, ogrady, and gragg should see multiple targets a game

Cantrell was a great blocking TE and should have stayed a blocking TE.

O'grady can pretty much catch anything his way but is given horrible routes
Gragg showed with 1 play that he should probably be on the field more often

this makes makes me curious. By " given horrible routes" do you mean that the coaches know they have a tool that would be successful but are purposely not using it, or do you mean that he can catch balls when he runs a correct route and gains seperation? These coaches have a multitude of issues but giving certain players bad routes I would not think is one of them.

In high school Gragg was a great athlete and 7 on 7 player. He was not physical at all and fair caught several kickoffs in one game to keep from getting hit. My guess would be this is why he has not been playuing
