The gold standard for Arkansas coaching will always be Eddie Sutton and Nolan Richardson.

Eddie went 0-1 against Kentucky losing to them in the 1978 NCAA Tournament Semifinal
Nolan went 7-11 against Kentucky losing to them everytime the two played in Lexington (except the first) and only winning once in the SEC tournament.

Nolan's wins featured players like Lee Mayberry, Oliver Miller, Todd Day, Corliss Williamson, Scotty Thurman, Kareem Reid, Pat Bradley, and Joe Johnson. These guys are legends!

Obviously, it's on Mike to recruit better and to get the future legends at Arkansas, but we have to face the fact that the current generation is not going to be as excited about becoming legends like these guys.  You aren't going to be able to sell the next Corliss to play at Arkansas even past his Freshman year.

I did leave it off, I asssumed it was fresh in everyone's minds.  Mike is currently  4-4

3 wins in Fayetteville
1 win in Lexington
1 loss in the SEC Tournament Finals.

3 of the total wins were Overtime wins, including the putback dunk.
