STARKVILLE - Former Mississippi State running back Josh Robinson was cited for trespassing at the school's football complex on Tuesday night

QuoteThe former Bulldog also took to Twitter to announce what he claims happened at the Seal Complex that ended with police escorting him off the premises.

QuoteIncident occurred just prior to 10 p.m. Robinson tapes himself outside the football complex with police officers walking around him.

The former running back says into the camera, "Coach Knox bring your tail out here right now. Right now." Greg Knox is Mississippi State's running back coach.

In the next snap, Robinson blames coach Dan Mullen for the citation, "Coach Mullen called the police on me."

Robinson expresses his surprise at the citation, saying,  "Wow Mississippi State. Wow Dan Mullen. Call the police on me for trespassing. For getting better."

Robinson led Mississippi State in all-purpose yards in 2014, including 1,203 rushing  yards. He declared for the NFL Draft on the morning of the Orange Bowl, which didn't sit well with the program.

A source in the athletic department who spoke with the police said Dan Mullen did not call the police on Josh Robinson.

Robinson pulled his car up near the track and a track coach alerted the authorities.

I'm looking to confirm which side of the story is true.

Just reached out to Dan Mullen who had no idea about Robinson's claims. When I told him what Josh alleged: "OK. Well that didn't happen."

Josh Robinson, the former Mississippi State running back was issued a citation by campus police for trespassing at the Seal Football Complex around 9:10 p.m.

QuoteIt is the second incident Robinson has had with the law in recent weeks. He was charged with disorderly conduct and arrested at Aspen Heights Apartments in Starkville on July 23.

Robinson lettered for the Bulldogs from 2012-14 but declared for the NFL following his junior year. Indianapolis drafted Robinson in the sixth round but waived him after appearing in only five games. He finished the year on the Colts' practice squad and is currently a free agent.

Simple premise: "When lighting a match, be sure to check what bridge you may be burning"
Have you ever listened to someone  or read what they put into thoughts and wondered...."who ties your shoelaces for you?"
