Did anybody cook besides me, or did you just let your women do it?  Around my place, if I want bbq, I better just do it myself.

How bout some beef ribs?

Well- I'm not a dad and my dad passed almost 2 years ago.

I still celebrated by smoking a bacon wrapped pork loin and watching a couple John Wayne movies

I've never been a fan of beef-ribs, though yours do look great. I have a new REC-Tec coming tomorrow, so I might try some this weekend.

Most store bought ones dont have any meat on them. These came off a calf I had butchered last year. They have plenty of meat on them.

We toyed with the idea go going to Reb Lobster but decided if we did we'd drop $75.  Had two big filets and did them on the grill with baked potatoes.  Good call on our part. If you catch Sam's right, their filets are about as good as it gets.  Every bit as good as FM for $5-6 a pound less.

BLT's with Warren tomatoes, one of my all time favorite meals, going to have this 2-3 times a week until maters are gone..

Had my first bacon and tomato sandwich for breakfast this am.

Did a Cajun rubbed pork loin filet on the Big Green Egg. Turned out awesome. I always love to put something on the BGE on Father's Day. (and pretty much every other day)
