You joke but that kind of stuff has helped Alex Collins.
If there's one thing any of you should know as hog fans, brace yourself for disappointment and never get your hopes up.

You laugh, but there was a time that college football coaches had their players (particularly linemen) taking ballet classes in the off season.

It really is this simple. Unchecked government power leads to corruption, and lack of accountability for it is drastically eroding confidence in our institutions.    aristotle

Didn't Hershel Walker take ballet?

I believe there is another Bichey brother that worked for the Strength and conditioning program as well. Idk if he did this past year but he did a couple years ago with the other guys you mentioned.

Tony Dorsett was the first one I remember hearing about taking ballet.

Back in the day my roommate's then-girlfriend was a real deal ballet dancer. I saw some of it up close and that is some tough stuff. Those dancers are as athletic as anyone.

Lynn Swann was about the same time.  Actually danced with the Pittsburgh Ballett a few times.

Lynn Swann studied dance from a very young age through high school.

A big reason he was one of the best ever at going after the high throw and taking it away from defensive backs.  He and Stallworth were amazing.  Swann was graceful and fast, Stallworth was big and fast. Of course those 1970's Steelers teams were full of Hall of Famers and a lot of fun to watch.

They sure were. I became a Steelers fan on Dec. 23, 1972.

My daughter took ballet for 12 years, the strength and endurance it took to do all the fouette and piourette's and be on pointe was amazing. She studied in Nashville, Chicago, and NY, but gave it up at 18, burned out.
