No matter how much talent he has his teams will always have the same problems:

Long spells of:
Low energy
Poor focus

Poor rebounding

Poor free throw shooting

MA walks around most of the time like a guy on a high dose of Xanax and his players reflect it.

Please, Mr AD. Get us a new B.B. Coach before it's too late.
