Shot selection has gotten better.  Defense is still awful. 

Well at least Qualls is getting to the line.  Maybe a couple of makes there will get him going.

Lots of substitutions so far.  Guess Mike is counting on Florida wearing down playing a little shorthanded.  The pace and pts are certainly there to suggest this is the type of game we would want.

This pressure defense doesn't work against good teams. They just beat our man off the dribble easilyand get either a layup or a foul or dish off for a dunk.

We have always given up a lot of wide open shots-- even Nolan's good teams gave dozens of very open looks every game.   The difference is the quality of the looks.   We're giving up too many good open shots, and not enough tough ones.   Too many guys are able to camp and square up from 3,  too many entry passes set up uncontested 6-10 footers.  Too many guys get to the rim uncontested.

Hopefully getting some FT to fall will help restore some confidence in the rest of his offensive game.  He has looked to be pressing a bit on the offensive end, to me.
