No cause, ever, in the history of all mankind, has produced more cold-blooded tyrants, more slaughtered innocents, and more orphans than socialism with power. It surpassed, exponentially, all other systems of production in turning out the dead. The bodies are all around us. And here is the problem: No one talks about them. No one honors them. No one does penance for them. No one has committed suicide for having been an apologist for those who did this to them. No one pays for them. No one is hunted down to account for them. It is exactly what Solzhenitsyn foresaw in The Gulag Archipelago: "No, no one would have to answer. No one would be looked into." Until that happens, there is no "after socialism."

Georgia's done.  After the two game marathon last night, their bodies are going to be on the other side of that physical and emotional roller coaster.  If Weems shows up, we win by 20.  If he has a similar game to the last few, we win by 8 (and that's only because we miss free throws down the stretch).

They should have been done before the game yesterday... but they showed up to play... give them some credit, I don't think they'll flop over... but I certainly don't see us losing.

I think this is going to be a gritty in your face down to the wire game.  You can't doubt GA's will after yesterday.  I'm really looking forward to this.
"Too many people have for too long placed too much confidence and trust in government and not enough in themselves.  Fortunately, many are now becoming aware of the seriousness of the gross mistakes of the past several decades.  The blame is shared by both political parties.  Many Americans now are demanding to hear the plain truth of things and want the demagoguing to stop.  Without this first step, solutions are impossible."  Ron Paul

He's an inbred lobsterman.

Damn, I really need to get my ESPN hate under control.

Oh, I give them all the credit in the world.  The difference is yesterday they were fired up about having to play two games, which they came out and did extremely well.  I just think the two gamer yesterday will have them worn down and they won't have the emotional fire they did yesterday.  They'll still be fired up and ready to game, but not like yesterday.

BradyHolzhauer

How can anyone pick Georgia??? That's insane!
We just beat Vandy and Tennessee...they just beat Kentucky and MSU.  This is their THIRD GAME in TWO DAYS.  They are not as talented as us, and we are out for revenge after a loss earlier in the season when the team wasn't quite a team yet.  Arkansas by 10+.

HamShank

I don't know about 10+, but I believe in my Hogs.  I think Georgia will make it a game, but our bigs/seniors (I can't believe I'm saying this) will come through in the end.

When was the last time GA made the championship game?

No idea.  Have they even made it before?  I mean, since 1992, anyway?

elksnort

Don't let them hang around!

When we get the chance to bury them, then do it!

1) You're an Arkansas Fan.
2) You're a fan of a team on the bubble.
3) You hate inbred trailer park hermaphrodites.

ok ;) on 3, but 1 and 2 are valid.

Made it there in '97, the year they beat us when the ref laid the ball on the floor and started counting the INSTANT a timeout ended late in the game.

Hollywood_HOGan45

thought UK would kill UGa, didnt happen
also thought Miss St would KILL UGa, didnt happen.

hope our guys are fired up for some revenge.

Dr. Hogenstein

Bobby Knight said he thought that stamina would be a factor for Georgia
in today's game with 2 games yesterday and this being their fourth game of the
tournament...
They are motivated and want to keep their coach, who is a character guy, around.
I feel for them but I hope we crush them today... We have a senior laden team that
has been through a lot, including criticism at home, and I would love to see them
Win BIG in their last SEC game together.  GO HOGS!!!!!

Geez, what do you have against hermaphrodites?

hogwild6700

They wouldn't do that would they? Have it on BOTH Espn2 and Local CBS? I am hearing a variety of answers.
Two little mice fell in a bucket of cream. The first mouse quickly gave up and drowned. The second mouse, wouldn't quit. He struggled so hard that eventually he churned that cream into butter and crawled out. Gentlemen, as of this moment, I am that second mouse.

hogwild6700

At my bar, we have regular Cable One and they cut off yesterday's game with about 6 minutes left to go!
