Tulsa BTW finished #2 in Class 5A basketball with Jones as the starting guard. Couldn't figure out if he is point or shooting guard. Anyway, Channel 2 out of Tulsa just showed him hammering down a dunk over a big 6-5 guy from OKC Southeast HS. It was bigtime and he showed a ton of quickness to go with those hops. Can he go through spring practice with us this year?

Obviously not.  If he is playing BB in high school he isn't enrolled at the UofA this semester and can not practice with the team.  Of course he didn't sign with the Razorbacks until this February.

I would like to hope that he could contribute to the Hogs BB team next year (they really could use some more guards), but I suspect he won't be a 2 sport athlete.  Sounds like a great athlete either way.  Good for the football team.
