What if a kid is committed to LSU. And we have a certain number of tickets we can give out for that game. And their top recruit can't get tickets so he calls and asks for some. Concerned that it will take away from kids who are ACTUALLY INTERESTED IN ARKANSAS, we say he has to decommit publically first.
