Arkansas picked to win SEC West

New Arkansas coach John Pelphrey has liked what he's seen so far from the veteran team he inherited from previous coach Stan Heath, but stresses All-Preseason teams aren't worth the paper on which they are written.

"That means nothing at all," Pelphrey said Tuesday through the UA's Sports Information Department. "That's a paper championship. We're not concerned with what happens in the pre-season. We're more concerned with how the season ends. Every fan, coach and player is excited about the season, and we'll see what happens."
