"Black sheep" of Vick family arrested for failure to appear

Marcus Vick, younger brother of NFL quarterback, Michael Vick, was arrested yesterday.

The 27-year-old failed to show up to court last month and was supposed to serve a 10-day sentence.

Once he completes the 10 days in Newport News, he will be picked up in Montgomery County to face charges in that jurisdiction.

Marcus Vick stomped former Petrino D-lineman Elvis Dumerville as he lay flat on the field in their bowl game.
