Heard on the Buzz this morning that someone from Dubai was leasing a 4,500 s.f. house on the lake for 4 nights at $45,000 a night Apple Blossom Weekend.

I was under the impression that the caller was the owner of the house and that he confirmed the price.  But I remember it being for $145,00 but who's counting.  Anyways, I don't know if it was a joke or not I only listened for about 10 minutes while I was stuck on 630.
