Anyone coming down to Florida and the GOM states the end of August and early September need to keep a very close eye on the weather.  Very Good chance that there will be some significant storms coming our way, based on the modeling and weather patterns.... :-\

We're going to the Outer Banks in September and they're not immune from hurricanes either. I took out some insurance on my home rental in case one decides to come that way. No way did I want to get out there and have an evacuation order issued. No refunds if that were to happen.
