his next school will probably pay him a $1 for the first 3 years, than back end his contract.

Is there a clause that he cannot take a Head Coaching position in the West Division of the SEC?  L.S.U comes to mind.

No one wants that job at all, it's awful.. I would be worried about him taking a job close and getting those recruits to said school, that might be what you are getting at. ?
