All week I told friends, co-workers and other people alike, that we would compete and possibly even control the game against Florida. I also said, the SEC will make sure though if they can control the outcome of the game if it is close to ensure that they keep the "dream" 1 vs 2 game intact of Florida vs Alabama in the SEC Title Game.

If you don't believe for a second, this didn't happen yesterday you are blind to obvious truth. Arkansas had ZERO chance to win that game yesterday, I don't care if Tejada makes the field goals or not, the SEC would ensure that we did not spoil the $$$$$$$$$ that "dream" game will bring.

I would normally call a statement like this "Nutty"..., but after those bad calls I am inclined to agree with you..

Never the less, we had opportunities, but failed to capitalize on them. This one stings, but I know it's a team loss, not Mallett, Tejada, or the refs. The refs set the shelf, and the Gators had to be good enough to pull out the win.. All I can say now is "Wait til next year". I think we will be preseason top 10 if we win out... I also think we would be serious contenders for a playoff w/out the loss to Georgia.. I am proud of the team growth, and Willie Robinson deserves all the credit in the world now...

I always thought Arkansas would have to be heads and shoulders better to win these kind of games. But I guess if you put even a superior team in 3rd and long all day and throw a bunch of ghost flags it wont matter.
