The SEC schedule is as follows for Sep 24:

Kent St. @ Alabama TBD
LSU @ Auburn TBD
Florida at Tennessee TBD
Georgia @ Ole Miss TBD
S. Carolina @ Kentucky TBD
Deleware St. @ Missouri TBD
Arkansas @ Texas A&M TBD (Arlington)
Mississippi St @ UMass 3:30p EDT ESPN3
VAnderbilt @ W. Kentucky 4:30 EST CBS Sports network

Based on what some of you smarter guys know about how this has shaked out in the past, what would be your guess as to the time for us in Arlington?

I would bet Fla v Tenn gets the CBS 3:30 game
Georgia v Ole Miss might be ESPN2 at 7:30
LSU v Auburn is most likely ESPN at 7
Hogs v Ags is hard to figure, but might be 3pm ESPN
* all times Eastern

I don't see the SEC allowing Ole Miss or LSU to go up against Fla/Tenn ...  which means they would think they could afford to give up the Aggie section of the Texas market and Arkansas market if they can capture the rest of the country. Then again, I'm never right about these things.

I would think that cbs picks the gators and vols for the 2:30 game, espn and espn 2 night games for us and A&M and UGA/Ole Miss.  Our games have been too exciting with the Aggies to not warrant a night time slot.  Neutral site at the Cowboys stadium adds to the popularity of it.

Three potential marquee games are LSU v AU, Fla v Tenn, Hogs v A&M.  Obviously it's going to depend on what happens between now and then.  Just about could guarantee it won't be on the SEC Network.

When CBS has a 230 game I don't think espn can carry a sec vs sec game at 3.

Most likely it will be 7 on one of the ESPN's

Non-SEC games contending for ESPN time slots that day include: Washington v Arizona, Stanford v UCLA, Penn State v Michigan, Wisconsin v Michigan State, Pitt v UNC, and Okie St. v Baylor

Hogs-Ags have always been afternoon games in the past, right?

No. It was at 7 last year, 2:30 year before, 7 or 6 in 2013 and I actually think it was a noon game the 2 years in a row before that.

Thanks for the insight.  Hoping for a night game so I can make it.

Man, some strong games for sure on this day—
LSU @ Auburn
Florida @ Tennessee
Georgia @ Ole Miss
S. Carolina @ Kentucky
Vanderbilt @ W. Kentucky (the 'Toppers are supposed to be really good again. This could be a great game.)

Will the fact the Cowboys have a home game the very next day play into the decision at all?

Edit: Never mind. I see that game is the NBC Sunday night game anyway
