Most of you have probably gone to trout farms and found the captives don't catch very easily.  Know this. Trout are used to being fed by someone throwing a handful of food into the water. Knowing this my wife and I a few years decided to experiment.  We bought some of their food and just threw all of it into the water at one time. While the surface of the water boiled we lowered our baited hook right in the middle of the swirl.  We caught three keeper is just a few seconds.  Tried it one again with the same result.  Tasted great.
