Why not ?  If they bought it at .00086 per dinar (less than a penny), and it revalues at $3.58 USD (U.S. Dollar) per dinar or higher.......   can you use a calculator ?

This may come off as either condescending or naive, but...

If it revalued, wouldn't it revalue with the old dinar being worth less? Like Mexico in the 1980's with the new peso was worth 1,000 old pesos? And the value of your old dinars will be same as the value in new dinars(in dollars)?
