Did you guys see the shot on TV of Pel wearing cowboy boots at the game today to honor Nolan?  That was awesome.

I saw them too and couldn't believe it.  I have to point out though that he is tall enough not to need the heels he had on those things.

And that is the type of guy we need there. He is not from here, but he embraces our traditions.

Even the people that don't think he has what it takes to coach/recruit the Hogs to the next level really seem to like him and are pulling for him to prove them wrong.

I'm really glad he totally embraces our basketball tradition.  I truly hope he makes it past next year.  He's going to be a very, very good coach in the future.
