Florida player gets ejected for a mild body slam of Alabama running back.  Announcer says "That will be called every time".   Not true.  Which game was it that we had someone body slammed and not only did the defensive player not get ejected.  There wasn't even a flag thrown?

Only if the runner is from Bama.  Never seen it called before.
Hog fan since 1960. So thankful for Sam Pittman.

Not that they needed the help but there was a bunch of no calls in bama's favor.
A couple female midgets, a few bottles of Wild Irish Rose, and a room at the Trout Inn...... who knows what may happen.....

Did anybody see the block in the back?  Everybody but the officials...

Yep, the refs costs Florida that game.   It had nothing to do with Bama being just a tad bit of a good team.

Clemson's Linebacker, Ben Boulware, got flagged against Syracuse for the following, but he was not ejected.  Two replays of it in the following video.

In his case, I presume the whistle was being blown, and that is why he got flagged.  They started blowing the whistle after he started the tackle, so basically impossible to stop doing the tackle after he had started.

A player probably shouldn't be ejected for that type of play, but in some circumstances, it should be flagged.

Football is a physical sport.  That is a physical play.

The old belly to back suplex. Nice.

Why, Florida would have won by 20 or 30 points if the refs hadn't helped BAMA.  Oh yeah, they sure would have.

Only Divine Intervention could have helped FL win that game.

Too much SEC money at stake to leave the outcome to mere players and coaches.

In my best Dana Carvey/The Church Lady voice - "Who caused Florida to throw three picks, not block in punt protection and flub a fake punt attempt?"  "Could it be.......SATAN?"

My understanding was he was ejected because he had two personal foul penalties (the face mask and then the unnecessary roughness.)

In spite of all the help the refs have to give Bama, this was the issue...
"They got a name for the winners in the world...
They call Alabama the Crimson Tide..."

He was ejected for it being his 2nd personal foul of the game.
