I'm separating from the AF in the next several months and I'm just curious what those of you that have done the same thing have found that was good/bad.  I'm planning on joining the guard, but other than that, I've still got another year or so of school left before I'm finished with school, and I've got a family to feed.  Anyone had any good experiences with any particular employers in NW Ark?
