Better yet, how about the Packers?

Collins isn't going to do anything behind Zeke, McFadden, and Morris that he wouldn't in Seattle. GB is a team that will be playing into January and has a WR as their starting tailback.

EDIT: Ravens could really use him which would also be a likely playoff team. Detroit as well, but less likely to be in the playoffs. Indy and KC could really use him. Especially KC. Not sure what the Giants are doing at TB. Jet's looking to get rid of Forte could use some more depth. Philly if they get rid of Blount will need a back on their roster bigger than 5'5 150 pounds.
