Pesto chicken w/corn on the cob

This was too good to not share.

I grow tons of basil and make my own pesto. I cooked the chicken for 25 minutes at 350, basting with pesto three times. The last on top of Swiss cheese.

Cooked the corn on the cob at 350 for 35 mins and brushed with half butter/ half lime juice.

Man that looks good. LOVE fresh basil and LOVE fresh corn.
