3 wood recommendation

I am looking to buy a 3 wood.  I am not much more than a beginner so forgiveness would probably be the most important thing to me.  Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance.

tour edge exoctics CB1 is the most popular b/c they are long... hang on a few days and there may be one for sale..

there are few other new ones i would hit if you can... i liked all the new ping fairway metals...
