I went to a small college on a football scholarship in 1985.  I know that if I was arrested while on a game trip, I would have been sent home by bus.  I know the Sprinkle situation was tough to handle by CBB.  I was surprised to hear that CBB gave him a per diem to order room service and allowed him to stay with the team.  I don't know...things have changed, that's all.

Not sure about the per diem, etc. but yeah, things do have a way of changing after 30 years.

In no way is this a defense for BB, but he stated that Sprinkles parents did not make the trip, so they allowed him to stay with the team.
