Too Much "Structure"?

Going to class, tutoring sessions, making your grades and doing right in general requires self discipline from the typical college student. On the surface, as a student athlete playing for Bielema, it appears those things are obtained by having someone in your face 24x7x365 and on your ass if necessary.

Now I'm just thinking out loud, but an old proverb comes to mind...All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.

Football is not a fall activity this day and age. Those young men eat, drink and sleep it year round now. They are accountable for damn near every minute of every day. Considering the amount of time already being dedicated, having someone looking over your shoulder full time would get old quick, fast and in a hurry. I feel CBB is doing just that.

I have been there a couple of times in my career and my productivity went to hell in a hand basket. That is what I think I am witnessing out of these Razorbacks.

In layman's terms it's called "burn out".
