I agree he should be fired with class. But with the new early signing period it is important to fire a coach early for recruiting. We should announce that he isn't returning next year, let him finish out the season instead of hiring an interim and start the coaching search officially now so we can have a quick transition when the season is over.

CBB's lack of success has done more impact to the hiring of the next coach than anything Long can do at this point.
