Senior leadership

Obviously doesn't equate to tough,smart, hard nosed play. Most teams would drool for a senior laden squad. The experience alone should be worth something. Anything. I guess 10-1 in one possesion games but jeez, can one of these seniors provide some kind of leadership to stop the beat downs? It's like I'm watching hog football on nights like this.
