Razorbacks#1

Thanks for the info JackMcQueen. A&M losing 6 on the road, well, I hope we can bump that to 9 at this point. Go ARKANSAS RAZORBACKS!
"You sleep safely in your beds because rough men stand ready in the night to visit violence on those who would do us harm.

THUNDER!

It will be interesting to see what we do with pitching tonight. As of right now, the forecast shows rain starting around 7:00-7:30. If we get the game started, I do not see there being any way we finish it. I would hate to throw Taco out there for 2-3 innings if the game is going to be cut short. I think it would be best for us if the game never starts to begin with. I know most won't agree, but I am hoping for two 7 inning games on Sunday. I like our chances of winning in 7 rather than 9 against this good of a lineup.

I have a feeling it'll be like last week where if it's raining before game time they'll try and hold out on playing until there's a window of opportunity.

The risk they run playing tonight is that if they start, then postpone it mid game, they'll have to finish game one before they can start geme two, which means we could be looking at a pre noon re start time tomorrow.

Ideally they should call it (when the time is right) off tonight, and play a day/night double header tomorrow.

Agreed, and I think they will try that. However, there is some rain in the forecast tomorrow. Not sure when it is supposed to move in. It keeps changing. At one point it was supposed to rain all day and stop at night, then it changed to just the morning, then it changed to the evening. Last I saw it was only about a 30% chance to rain tomorrow now. I guess with it being in Arkansas, we will have to wait until tomorrow to see what it will actually do.

Definitely agree. Have a better chance winning the series playing 23 innings rather than 27. Not enough proven pitching.

DVH has already said they won't wait for hours like they did at Kentucky. He didn't sound too pleased with having to sit in a crowded dugout for 2-3 hours while they waited.

He also said that because tomorrow is a "TV game" (2:00), the first game would start at the regularly scheduled time, with the 2nd to follow.
