One more ,one more thing about BB

I have lots of little nagging what ifs about BB, but I have 2 really major problems.

1. His biggest failure in my opinion is assistant coaches. It appears that he either cannot evaluate assistants very well or he cannot recruit the better ones very well. I don't necessarily want the guys that ask for the job! I want him to identify the top 3 or 4 guys at each position and go after them. He needs to recruit them harder than he recruits players! Then he must recruit Long and the Foundation to pony up the money required to seal the deal.

Look at what Smart did and tried to do to us. He CAME AFTER the 2 guys he wanted and he got 1 of them!

2. He is much too stubborn! I could give several examples of this, but most of us know about this trait as it is.

Your issue is that he doesn't go after the best assistants.

Your example for doing this correctly is Kirby Smart.

You point out that Kirby Smart is going after our assistants.

So, if Kirby goes after the best assistants and Kirby goes after our assistants, we have the best assistants.
