I went with in no particular order...

Bret Bielema
Willie Taggart
Skip Holtz
Bobby Petrino
Mark Stoops

I took into consideration who the school is that made the hire and whether I thought they could have made a better hire or got the most for who they are.

P.J. Fleck seemed to pan out pretty well. Ranked 28th out of 30 on Athlon's list.

Yeah, there are some pretty big names missing from the poll.

Fleck, MacIntyre, Rhule, P. Petrino, Harsin first became a head coach at A-State in 2013 and is doing well at Boise, Monken

I know the poll limits the choices. There were just some pretty promising guys who got jobs in 2013.

yeah, I didn't want to research all 30 hires, so I just tried to pick the ones either indirectly related to arkansas or that looked like bigger name hires.  I did add an option for 'other' though.  and you are welcome to post the records for the other coaches you mentioned.

Jones, Stoops and Malzahn were both hired in the SEC at about the same time.  Malzahn stepped in to a good situation and was able to win early, but hasn't been able to maintain that level, while Jones and Stoops took over rebuilds at thier respective schools and have similar win totals as BB
