I too thought it was Arkansas but upon a closer look, it is the 1968 Texas A&M-Alabama game.
Arkansas went to the 1961, 1965 and 1966 Cotton Bowls.  We wore white against Duke in '61 (not sure why) and Nebraska in '65 wore red pants in that game.  In 1966 LSU, wore their yellow pants and helmets.

If you look closely, the dark red team has one solid stripe on the pants. Arkansas has the double red stripes in Broyles time at Arkansas.  Alabama would wear white helmets when playing a team with red helmets sometimes during the Bear Bryant era. 

I really wanted it to be Arkansas but it is not!
