USGA & PGA Change Golfing Rules....

Taking its cue from the Clinton's and the FBI the USGA and the PGA have decided there will no longer be a penalty stoke for hitting a ball into a water hazard or out of bounds.  In the future your opponent must prove you actually 'Intended' to hit the ball into these hazards in order for there to  be a penalty.  "Excessive Carelessness"  or "Bad Judgment"  will no longer be considered intent. 

No intent – No penalty. 


She's not even in office yet and already she's improved my game.
I don't like to plan my day because then the word premeditated comes into the conversation.
