What qualifications should our next AD have?  Anyone out there right now that lights your light?  Seems to me we should make that change first, then include him in the search for the head Hog.  Not giving him free rein but including him in the process. 

So who should it be?   
I don't like to plan my day because then the word premeditated comes into the conversation.

The first and foremost criteria is that he be a former HC.  For the life of me I don't understand why anyone would think one whose primary job is to fill their school with highly competent and qualified HCs would be someone who never did that job.  How does the AD know unless he has been there and done that?

Yes, he needs to be able to sell ice cubes to Eskimos, but the real job is talent management...period.
