Dan Hampton (HOF)-Lonoke

??  As much as we'd like to claim him, I don't think Dan was from Lonoke County.

Someone earlier did remind me of Jim Lee Howell though.  For us oldtimers, that's one we shouldn't forget.  After his playing career, he coached the New York Giants during one of their better eras, and his coaching staff included two young up-and-comers named Vince Lombardi and Tom Landry.

I'm sure it's nothing that a $500 retainer can't fix.  Contact JackRabbit Hog for payment instructions.

Billy Ray Smith, Jr Fayetteville, Wash. Co. NFL Chargers...
Not feeling the Billy Ray Smith Jr./Washington County thing.
He never played a single high school snap in Washington County.

On second thought, Cleveland County should probably be George Walker.

Kenneth Dixon?
Dixon is good, but he is not even the best from Strong.  Mike Bender, team captain, All-SWC lineman, on the National Champion team and was from Strong.
