Fishing Little Rock

I'm a newb to the Little Rock area and haven't found a good place to locally fish around here. I was wondering if someone could throw me a bone on a solid place to wet a line.

I don't have a boat of any sort and am interested in ponds, lakes, streams, rivers, or wherever I can catch some panfish or bass. I like to dabble with a fly rod from time to time too if someone knows a good spot to catch bream, smallies, and trout.

I appreciate any input!
