hurts us.  Gotta win 2 for sure now to have a shot to get in.  This loss will give us zero wins vs. top 25 teams come Sunday

Don't the rankings count when they were actually played, not end of season rankings?

ok i get you. but do you have to post it over and over and over and over? and for the 100th time. Mike is going to be coach here no matter if you like it or not.

Yes

"I can't be cliché and say 'Call the Hogs,' but I think I have to.  That's just something that sets our university apart.  When you're out on the field and everyone in the stadium stands up, it's amazing.  Even when we're at a football or basketball game, just to see that many people around you doing the same thing for you when you're on the field or for the other guys who are playing, it's pretty awesome."

You guys are the biggest bunch of handwringers I've ever seen.

Just win.
Life is too short for grudges and feuds.

LOL why would rankings matter when you played a team?  Dumbest thing ive heard.  Wasnt Kentucky 1 or 2 earlier?  And they are awful

BadHog

Doesn't matter what anyone else does!!!

We win - we're in.

We lose - NIT.

Dumb maybe. But let's say you beat a team ranked in the top 10. Then they lose one of their best players. They finish down in the 40 range. With their best player they were a top 10 team. You can't penalize a team that beat one team with all their players while giving other teams who played them and beat them without their best player the same recognition. It can go both ways.

Have to win 2 to have a shot to get in?

We are in every single projection right now, but you think if we lose tomorrow we have no shot of getting in. Hilarious.

doesn't hurt more than Seton Hall beating Villanova. That opens the door for someone to steal an at large bid from us.

I guess Houston winning does too now that I think about it.

We're in 24 of 36 projections right now, not all of them.
No cause, ever, in the history of all mankind, has produced more cold-blooded tyrants, more slaughtered innocents, and more orphans than socialism with power. It surpassed, exponentially, all other systems of production in turning out the dead. The bodies are all around us. And here is the problem: No one talks about them. No one honors them. No one does penance for them. No one has committed suicide for having been an apologist for those who did this to them. No one pays for them. No one is hunted down to account for them. It is exactly what Solzhenitsyn foresaw in The Gulag Archipelago: "No, no one would have to answer. No one would be looked into." Until that happens, there is no "after socialism."

Today has largely been a horrible day for Razorback basketball, pre-tip of our game against S. Carolina.

Sorry, all of the ones that have been relevant. CBS, Yahoo, ESPN, USA Today, etc.

To say we have no shot unless we win 2 is pretty ignorant. Not saying we are in with 1, but we still have a shot.

The most math oriented sights put our shot at no more than 3.5% if we go 1 and 1.

Given how badly the major conference tournaments have gone for us so far, the percentile projections if we go 2-1 are falling fast as well, from over 90% to the mid 70s.

The Hogs can only do what they can do. They cannot control what happens in any games except the ones they play in. It does appear to make things tougher though.

husker71

Dickey has done a good job there  a really good job    lost Harris and Young (to Oregon)  if those 2 would have stayed this would be a top 15 team at some time during the season IMHO  if all that can come back do come back  and he gets some more Houston HS player and a junior college PG they will be tough again

Wild Bill Hog

Guess SMU losing to Houston didn't hurt us after all.
