"He's a lot more genuine than people give him credit for," said forward Sacha Killeya-Jones, who is part of this latest crop of burger boys. "A lot of people say he's fake and stuff like that. I think he's really genuine and really honest. That's one of the things that really drew me to Kentucky.

Australian center Gorjok Gak, who played for Victory Rock Prep (Bradenton, Fla.) has received his release from Oklahoma State days after Brad Underwood was hired as coach, he announced on Twitter. He will reopen his recruitment with the spring signing period set to start in two weeks.

He had considered UConn, Florida, Missouri and Nebraska, according to Rivals.com, before signing with Oklahoma State in November.

The 6-11 Gak is ranked as the No. 10 player in the state of Florida by ESPN.com. He was a key part of a Victory Rock team that won The Grind Session National Championships event last weekend.

Brandon Clifford, who coached the 6-foot-9 post player during his senior season at High Point Christian Academy, said Adebayo simply decided he didn't want to be out of school for three weeks in a row to play in the McDonald's All-American Game, Hoop Summit and Jordan Brand Classic.

Adebayo transferred to High Point Christian last year after previously playing for Northside High School near his hometown of Washington, N.C.

"Everything is good with Bam," Clifford said. "He's going to qualify. He has never had an issue (academically). He's good. He's got a couple of classes that he doesn't even have to have for NCAA (eligibility), but they're difficult classes. We didn't let him come and take basket weaving. When you come to High Point Christian, you have to take real classes..."

Frank Martin added a fourth member to his 2016 recruiting class Monday with a commitment from guard Hassani Gravett.

Gravett is a 6-foot-2 native of Villa Rica, Ga., who played this past season at Pensacola State College in Florida.

He chose the Gamecocks over West Virginia, East Carolina and Georgia State.

Gravett was the Georgia 4A Player of the Year as a senior. This season at Pensacola State, he was named the Panhandle Conference Player of the Year despite being limited to just 12 games because of a pair high ankle sprains.

Pape Diatta, a junior college forward originally from Senegal, has committed to sign with the Bulldogs.

Listed at 6-foot-7 and 215 pounds, Diatta has a good outside shot and runs the floor well. He projects mostly as a small forward, but also has the ability to be a so-called streth-four (sic).

Georgia may not be done: Daniel Giddens, a center who is tranferring from Ohio State, visited the team earlier this week.

Georgia has already signed two players for this year's class. Guards Tyree Crump and Jordan Harris, both from south Georgia.

Five-star center Marques Bolden still doesn't have a firm date for his college announcement, but that could change very soon.

DeSoto (Texas) Coach Chris Dyer told the Herald-Leader on Monday afternoon that he and Bolden will discuss the player's recruitment Tuesday morning and hopefully set up an announcement for later this week.

"We're going to sit down and talk about it in the morning, see if he's ready to make a commitment and go from there," Dyer said.

The coach added that Bolden wants to announce at the high school in front of his teammates and classmates, and timing the event around a national TV schedule won't necessarily be a consideration.

Bolden's recruitment has been a hot topic among many UK and Duke basketball fans over the past couple of weeks. Whichever school he picks will almost certainly end up with this year's No. 1 recruiting class, and his college choice could also decide which program starts next season as the No. 1 team in the preseason rankings.

Texas Christian is also still on Bolden's list, but UK and Duke are seen as the co-favorites. The 6-foot-11 prospect is considered the No. 1 center in the 2016 class.
