I really hope not, but would not be suprised. This was my only worry about firing nutt is that we would go out and get somebody that has proven nothing. Kiffin is the much better option.

they will hire who they will hire, they will say whatever they will say - like white on monday
but, after he sucks then we can complain enough to get him out like the special guy with a lot of heart
however, he may be more interesting than a boring 1927-era playbook, and he may be too dang scary for people who like predictability
sure, he's flaky, but most geniuses cannot speak off the cuff like pretty boy media darlings

Spurrier didn't do it this year, Les Miles didn't do it this year, TT didn't do it last year - one big pass play early in the game and they were so scared of it they didn't have anyway to see what else was going on in our game, or they forgot to watch our tapes ("oh, peyton can run?" says les miles)

I can't believe you guys don't like Leach.  The guy wins in freakin' Lubbock, Texas.  His players absolutely love the guy.  Sure, he's quite possibly the absolute strangest man on earth and has about as dry a personality as you'll ever find, but he knows football (offense).  If he wants the job bad enough, hire him, force a DC on him (Herring), and require a minimum # of schollies each year must go to defense.

Who cares about balanced offense.  I didn't complain one bit about Nutt's offense when we ran for 500 yards against S. Carolina and didn't pass in the second half.  I want an offense that does its job...score.
