First-team C: Frank Ragnow, Arkansas

Ragnow (6-5, 319, Sr.) has started 26 consecutive games the last two seasons for the Razorbacks. He was a second-team All-SEC pick in 2016, when he was voted Best Offensive Lineman and Best Run Blocker in the SEC by Pro Football Focus.
