Make a great portable duck blind for sure. If it has military aspirations... Looks like it would be way to east to shoot down...

Looks like it was patterned after a drone.  That test flight didn't look very impressive.  Would have to be wide open flat country if you were planning on driving it around once you landed, or else you'd be hanging the props on trees and such.  Looks like the mission for it is extremely limited.
