Finally got all the bugs worked out after replacing #4 cyl, after sending #6 cyl off to have an exhaust stud removed, and after finding 8 of 12 missing exhaust nuts on the opposite side and replacing them, as well as all of the little things that popped up during all that.
Have flown it about 7 hours and she feels strong, maybe stronger than it has been since purchasing 2 years ago.
Worked through it all as an owner assist.  Feels good to have that repair job behind me.
It ain't dieing I'm talking about Woodrow,,,, It's living!

Being a pilot isn't all seat-of-the-pants flying and glory. It's self- discipline, practice, study, analysis and preparation. It's precision. If you can't keep the gauges where you want them with everything free and easy, how can you keep them there when everything goes wrong?

That's awesome.  It's always nice to get something back that's clean and in great working order.  Gives you a lot of confidence in it.
