I'd been in a trial for 2 days and had to start a 3rd day this morning. I told the Judge I needed to finish by 2. About 11:30 she told everyone we were working through lunch. Nothing like a threat of missing lunch to get lawyers on the move. We finished about 12:30. Much better being an old lawyer than a young one for treatment by Judges. I went by the office and told everyone they needed to get more experience in supporting me in my retirement that I hope is coming in the next 2 years.
