Here's my shot at playing a committee of one and seeding the top 16 teams for the tournament.

1. Oregon State-Clemson
2. North Carolina-Southern Mississippi
3. Florida-Virginia
4. Texas Tech-Houston
5. Louisville-Kentucky/Long Beach St.
6. LSU-Wake Forest
7. TCU-Arkansas 
8. Stanford-Long Beach St./Kentucky

Pairing gets tricky with all the ACC/SEC schools and not matching them in Supers, and trying to keep it as regional as possible. Anyways, there's my best guess.
